摘要
以蓖麻油为原料,无溶剂条件下经微波辐射裂解制备癸二酸,最佳工艺条件为:氢氧化钠(g):蓖麻油(g)=1.5:1.0,碱浓度为55.6%,微波功率为160W,裂解时间22min,癸二酸产率达96.5%,与传统方法比较,反应时间缩短了30倍,节约了能耗,减少了污染,降低了成本.
To catalyze the sebacic acid from the cracking of castor oil by microwave irradiation under the sovent-free condition,the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction ratio of sodium hydroxide to castor oil is 1. 5: 1. 0,the concentration of sodium bydroxide being 55. 6%,microwave power and microwave irradiation time bcing 160 W, 22 min respectively,and the yield of sebacic acid can reach 96. 5% under the optimum condition. Compared with the traditional method, it has some advantages such as shorter reaction time, lower energy consumption, lower cost and benign to environment.
