摘要
目的:分析抗抑郁药在武汉地区的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对武汉地区24家医院2006～2009年抗抑郁药有关数据进行统计分析。结果:抗抑郁药总体销售金额和用药频度逐年升高,氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛和选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)位居前列,三环类抗抑郁药应用比例下降。结论:氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛和SSRIs因为良好的疗效和较低的不良反应已经成为抗抑郁治疗的一线用药,其他新型抗抑郁药发展较快,经典抗抑郁药的使用呈下降趋势。
Objective： To investigate the status quo of the consumption and the developmental tendency of antidepressants in Wu han area. Method： The analytical method of the defined daily dose （DDD） recommended by WHO was used, the relative data of antidepressants used in 24 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period 2006-2009 was analyzed statistically. Result： The consumption sum and the frequency of drug use of antidepressants were increased year by year, flupentixol/melitracen and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor （SSRIs） were widely used and took a high proportion in the consumption of antidepressants,the application of tricyclic antidepressant （TCAs） was decreased. Conclusion： Flupentixol/melitracen and SSRIs have already become the first-choice drugs in the clin- ic because of good efficacy and high safety, other new type antidepressants also have great potentiality of development,TCAs have been less used now.
