低渗透储层成岩伤害与改造方法探索 被引量:6

摘要 以济阳坳陷深层为代表的低渗透储层面临着试采求产低效的现状。与低渗透油藏所蕴藏的油气储量相比,目前已落实的可动用储量规模明显偏低。分析该类储层伤害机理,有效改造储层是当前提高低渗透产能的关键。通过对储层埋藏成岩演化特征的研究发现,碳酸盐岩岩屑的脆性支撑、粘土矿物的"桥堵"、微孔隙中的多敏性以及高岭石集晶喉堵等4类成岩现象分别是造成车镇凹陷北部陡坡带砂砾岩体、渤南深水浊积扇、东营凹陷北部陡坡带砂砾岩体和东营凹陷中央隆起带浊积扇低渗透储层低产的主要原因。结合对储层伤害机理的认识,通过对前期压裂措施效果不佳的原因分析,运用岩石化学反应原理,设计了适用于不同类型复杂低渗透储层改造的"高压缓速分步酸压工艺"创新性方案。 The present problem is low oil-producing capacity in low permeability oil-gas reservoir,this is especially for Jiyang depression in terms of source and recoverable reserve. The reason of low oil-producing capacity is mainly caused by the formation damage which is the main content of this paper. Based on the study of lithologic evolution after burial, it is proposed herein that the four lithologic problems are responsible for the formation damage and low productivity, that is, the brittle supporting of carbonate grain in north steep slope zone,Chezhen Depression, the 'bridge plugging' of clay in Bonan deep-water turbidite fan,the multiple-sensibility of microporosity in north steep slope zone,Dongying Depression,and kaolinite crystal of aggregate filling throat in turbidite fan,Central uplift belt of Dongying Depression. In view of the previous experience on the fracturing treatment and combined with the realization of fracturing mechanism and lithologic chemistry, the creative design and planning dedicated for the productivity optimization of low permeable and complex reservoir is proposed by means of addition of acid in different step.
