摘要
目的:探索半枝莲消瘤颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:将药材分用挥发油提取和醇提取,醇提取组分别以齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量为指标,应用正交试验确定最佳的提取工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为药材加8倍量70%的乙醇,浸提3次,提取1.5 h,在此基础上得到的浸膏选用微晶纤维和磷酸氢钙等辅料制成颗粒。结论:优选的提取工艺制得浸膏后制备颗粒,保证了药效的发挥,提高了药物的稳定性。
Objective： To explore the best Barbed Skullcap Herb removing tumor granule preparation.METHODS： The volatile oil extracted with herbs and sub-alcohol extraction,ethanol extract group were to oleanolic acid and ursolic acid content as an index test to determine the optimal orthogonal extraction.Results： The optimal extraction process for the medicinal herbs plus 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol,extracted three times,extracted 1.5 h,the extract obtained by this selection based on microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate and other accessories made of particles.Conclusion： The optimal extraction process extracts obtained after the preparation of particles,to ensure the efficacy of the play,to improve the stability of the drug.
