摘要
为探讨大学生的学习拖延、自我效能感和学习倦怠的关系,随机抽取400名大学生为研究对象,以《学习倦怠问卷》、《学习拖延问卷》和《自我效能感》为研究工具,采用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果显示:学习拖延与学习倦怠之间存在显著正相关;学习拖延与自我效能感之间呈显著的负相关;学习倦怠与自我效能感之间呈显著的负相关;自我效能感在学习拖延与学习倦怠之间中介作用显著。这表明自我效能感在学习拖延和学习倦怠之间具有中介作用。
Objective: Analyses the relation between undergraduates'academic procrastination,self-efficacy and academic burnout.Method: In this paper,questionnaires are used as the method of study,with SPSS13.0 applied as the statistical software,and ABI,GSES and PASS as the study tools.Results: The result were as following:(1) Academic procrastination was positive correlated with academic burnout significantly.(2) Academic procrastination was negative correlated with self-efficacy significantly.(3) Academic burnout was negative correlated with self-efficacy significantly.(4) Self-efficacy had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between academic procrastination and academic burnout.Conclusions: Self-efficacy had a mediation effect on the relationship between academic procrastination and academic burnout.
