钢结构异型节点受力性能及非线性有限元分析 被引量:14

摘要 利用ABAQUS对钢结构异型节点进行非线性有限元分析,求得了节点核心区的应力分布和剪切变形,并对上核心区和下核心区不同的受力状态进行了分析与比较.与试验结果的对比表明,计算结果是可靠的.由分析可知,弹性阶段上核心区的应力比下核心区的应力大得多;塑性阶段核心区的剪应力成为影响其Mises等效应力的主要因素;上核心区和下核心区的剪切角都可以超过0.03,均具有较强的耗能能力;上核心区和下核心区不是作为一个整体工作.最后提出了设计异型节点的一些建议. Non-linear finite element analysis of a steel abnormal joint was performed using ABAQUS computation program,and the stress distribution and the shear distortion of the panel zone are calculated.The difference between the top panel zone and the bottom panel zone are analyzed and compared with experimental results,showing good agreement.Analytical results indicate that the stress of the top panel zone is much higher than that of the bottom panel zone in the elastic phase;that the shear stress is the main factor to affect the Mises equivalent stress at the panel zone in the plastic phase;that the shear angle of the top panel zone and the bottom panel zone is larger than 0.03 and the top panel zone and the bottom panel zone have very good energy dissipation capacity;and that the top panel zone and the bottom panel zone can’t work as a whole.Finally,some recommendations are proposed for designing abnormal joints.
