摘要
利用自行研制的超音速气雾化喷嘴制备316L不锈钢粉末,研究雾化压力、金属熔体质量流量及熔体过热度对粉末粒度的影响。结果表明,实验制备的316L不锈钢粉末粒度主要分布在5~70μm之间,平均粒径为19.4~26.9μm。提高雾化压力,减小金属熔体质量流量或增大熔体过热度均使粉末平均粒径减小,细粉收得率增加;最佳雾化参数为雾化压力5.5 MPa,金属熔体质量流量4.28 kg/min,熔体过热度300 K。在此条件下得到的粉末形貌主要为球形和近球形,部分粉末表面有卫星球或凹坑出现。
316L stainless steel powders were prepared by supersonic gas atomization in the present work.The effects of gas pressure,metal mass flow rate and melt superheat on the particle size of 316L powder were studied.The results indicate that the particle sizes of powders are in the range of 5~70 μm mainly,and the median diameters of powders are in the range of 19.4~26.9 μm.The average particle size of powders decreases and the producing efficiency of fine size powders increases with the increasing of gas atomization pressure or melt superheat,or with decreasing of metal mass flow rate.The optimum parameters are as follows,the gas pressure is 5.5 MPa,the metal mass flow rate is 4.28 kg/min and the melt superheat is 300 K.The powders are spherical or nearly spherical in shape mainly.
