摘要
本文针对目前热风炉供给高炉的送风温度较低且燃烧状态时好时坏,不能够节省能源和更好地满足高炉生产需要,提出了热风炉燃烧模糊自适应控制策略。详细论述了用伪代码实现控制算法的设计思想及设计步骤。采用S函数实现仿真,仿真结果表明该策略能够取得良好的控制效果。
The fuzzy adaptive control strategy of combustion in hot blast stove is advanced in this paper, for the reason that supply air temperature hot blast stove provide to blast furnaces is lower and the combustion state is instable, unable to save energy and satisfy the need of blast furnace production for better. Design idea and procedure of control algorithm with pseudocode is discussed in detail. S-function is used for simulating, the results prove that the strategy can achieve the better control effect.
