摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟训练在护士培训中的应用。方法:对28名护士通过设置抢救场景、纠纷现场等模拟场景,由护士扮演各种角色,分别对护士进行的培训和考核。结果:培训前后两组综合理论知识成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),应急考试情况:平均成绩为(85.3±7.0)分。结论:情景模拟的培训方式应用于护士培训中,无论在加强临床理论知识水平方面,还是在提高综合能力方面都收到了很好的效果。
Objective： To probe into the application of scenarios simulation training in nurse training. Methods： 28 nurses were trained and assessed by playing all kinds of roles in scenarios simulation sucb as rescue and dispute. Results： There was a significant difference in written comprehensive examination （grade point averages：85.3 ± 7） between the two groups after scenarios simulation training （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Application of scenarios simulation training in nurse training has achieved a marked effect in both clinical theoretical knowledge and comprehensive abilities.
