摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟训练在护士培训中的应用。方法:对28名护士通过设置抢救场景、纠纷现场等模拟场景,由护士扮演各种角色,分别对护士进行的培训和考核。结果:培训前后两组综合理论知识成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),应急考试情况:平均成绩为(85.3±7.0)分。结论:情景模拟的培训方式应用于护士培训中,无论在加强临床理论知识水平方面,还是在提高综合能力方面都收到了很好的效果。
Objective: To probe into the application of scenarios simulation training in nurse training. Methods: 28 nurses were trained and assessed by playing all kinds of roles in scenarios simulation sucb as rescue and dispute. Results: There was a significant difference in written comprehensive examination (grade point averages:85.3 ± 7) between the two groups after scenarios simulation training (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Application of scenarios simulation training in nurse training has achieved a marked effect in both clinical theoretical knowledge and comprehensive abilities.
