摘要
目的探讨酮替芬与孟鲁司特联合美普清、必可酮喷雾剂等治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将符合小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿212例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组106例。两组患者均给予美普清、必可酮喷雾剂治疗。治疗组在此基础上口服酮替芬,≤3岁,0.5mg/次;>3岁,1mg/次。2次/d。对照组在此基础上给予口服孟鲁司特钠,5mg/次,每晚顿服。两组均以治疗2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。观察其临床疗效、症状、体征的变化情况及肺功能。两组FEV1,FEV1%治疗前与治疗后比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组治疗后FEV1及FEV1%比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结果治疗组临床控制率45.28%,总有效率90.57%。对照组临床控制率35.85%,总有效率75.47%。两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组治疗前后日间症状评分、夜间症状评分比较治疗前有显著的变化,P<0.01。结论酮替芬与孟鲁司特相比,治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,可较好的改善日间症状、夜间症状及肺功能。
Objective To compare the ketotifen and montelukast joint US-Pu-ching,we shall be one spray treatment of cough variant asthma and other clinical effect.Methods Will meet children with cough variant asthma in children 212 cases of random number table is divided into treatment group and control group,106 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with US-Pu-ching,we shall be one spray in the treatment.On this basis,the treatment group oral ketotifen,less than or equal to 3 years of age,0.5mg/times;more than 3 years of age,1mg/times.2 times a day.On this basis,the control group given oral montelukast sodium,5mg/times,night clothes Dayton.2 weeks of treatment for the two groups are in a course of treatment,a therapeutic effect after treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy,symptoms,signs and pulmonary function changes.Two groups of FEV1,FEV1% before and after administration compared with before treatment there were significant differences（P0.05）.After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1% difference was significant（P0.01）.Results After treatment,clinical control group rate of 45.28%,with a total effective rate 90.57%.Clinical control rate of the control group accounted for 35.85%,with a total effective rate 75.47%.Comparing the two groups was significant difference（P0.05）.The two groups before and after treatment daytime symptom scores,nighttime symptom score before treatment was a significant change（P0.01）.Conclusion Ketotifen compared with montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma significant improvement could be a better day symptoms,night-time symptoms and lung function.
