摘要
基于超声振动内圆磨削系统中由超声换能器、变幅杆及工具构成的振子在设计制造中出现的问题,提出了一种新型整体式振子设计方法。使用有限元分析软件对该新型振子模型进行了模态、谐响应仿真分析研究,并通过阻抗分析仪和激光多普勒测振仪对加工的振子样件进行了测试实验,验证了有限元仿真结果的正确性和新型整体式振子设计方法的可行性。
Based on designing problems of the vibrator composed by the ultrasonic transducer,horn and tools in the ultrasonic vibration internal grinding system,a new type of whole vibrator design methods were proposed.By using the finite element analysis software to simulation analysis and research for the new type of vibrator,The prototype of the vibrator was tested by using impedance analyzer and PSV-400 laser scanning vibrometer,which verified the correctness of the finite element simulation results.and the feasibility of the new type of whole vibrator design methods.
