高温作业人群血浆热休克蛋白70抗体与心血管病关系的研究 被引量:2

High-temperature plasma in workers exposed to heat shock protein 70 antibody and the relationship of cardiovascular disease

摘要 目的:通过测定高温作业人群热休克蛋白70抗体(HSP70-Ab)水平,探讨HSP70-Ab与高温对职业人员心血管损伤程度的关系及其在心血管病发病机制中的作用。方法:采用蛋白质免疫印迹-酶联免疫吸附测定法(Western blot-ELISA)分别检测高温作业人员(实验组,62例)、行政后勤服务人员(对照组,43例)血浆中HSP70-Ab抗体滴度。结果:高温组HSP70-Ab阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HSP70可能与高温作业人员心血管病的发病率有关,血浆HSP70-Ab可能是接触有害职业因素相关心血管病的生物学标志。 Objective:To determine the high temperature group of heat shock protein 70 antibody(HSP70-Ab)level of HSP70-Ab and the high temperature of the professionals,cardiovascular damage the relationship and in myocardial ischemia in the pathogenesis of the role.Methods:Western blot-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Western blot-ELISA)were used to detect high-temperature operation staff(the experimental group,62 cases),administrative logistics service personnel(control group,43 cases)in plasma HSP70-Ab titer.Results:high-temperature group HSP70-Ab positive rate was significantly higher than the results(P0.05).Conclusions:HSP70 may be related to high temperature personnel about the incidence of cardiovascular disease,plasma HSP70-Ab may be exposed to harmful occupational factors related to cardiovascular disease biomarker.
