摘要
介绍了一种音频接口电路测试方法。测试系统使用LabVIEW软件结合NI公司数据采集卡,对电路DAC、ADC动态参数和滤波器频率特性进行了测试。LabVIEW的数据采集、信号产生、信号调理、数字信号处理等模块在该数模混合电路测试中被使用。与传统仪器相比,虚拟仪器开发更方便、人机界面更友好。
This article introduced the test method of a voice-band analog interface circuit. The test system that build with LabVIEW software and the DAQ cards of NI Corporation tested the dynamic parameters of DAC and AI）C. The data acquisition module, signal generation module, signal conditioning module and digital signal processor module of LabVIEW are used in this mixed signal IC test system. Compared with the traditional instrument, the man-machine interface of virtual instrument is friendlier and more convenient to use.
