摘要
采用微乳法在非极性油中合成不同质量分数的Schiff碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物,并用X-P型销-盘试验机考察其抗磨减摩性能,用带EDS的扫描电子显微镜观察磨损表面形貌及分析其表面元素的分布情况.结果表明,Schiff碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物作为添加剂在非极性油起到了良好的抗磨减摩效果,当投料比为2%时抗磨减摩性能最佳.
Different concentrations of Schiff base copper ( Ⅱ ) complex was synthesized in non-polar oil by the microemulsion, and the properties of anti-wear and friction reduction was examined with an X-P type pin-on-disk apparatus. Morphology and surface ele- ment distribution of the worn surface were analyzed by scanning election microscopy (SEM) and electron dispersion sanalysis (EDS) respectively. The result shows that Schiff base copper complex ( Ⅱ ) as additive exhibits the better anti-wear and friction reduction properties, and the anti-wear and friction reduction properties are better when the feed rate is 2 % of Schiff base copper ( Ⅱ) complex.
