摘要
当前,高职市场营销专业教学存在着培养目标模糊、人才培养方案欠科学、考核方式单一、授课教师缺乏实践经验等问题。为此,须在人才市场定位、培养目标确立、课程体系建设、考核体系完善、教材设计和校企合作等方面下工夫。只有这样,才能培养出市场需要的合格人才。
Significant progress has been made in higher vocational education after the nation put forward clearly "taking service as the aim and taking the employment as orientation".But the traditional education mode will not be immediately changed and a transition must be experienced,during which there will exist a large number of problems.The question is how to realize "employment as orientation".This paper analyses the current problems of higher vocational schools and offers an integrated teaching plan in marketing on the practical basis of Henan.
