摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了N、S共掺TiO2光催化剂,借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等测试手段对样品进行表征,并以罗丹明B为模型污染物考察了样品光催化活性.XRD物相鉴定表明,所得TiO2催化剂为锐钛矿和金红石矿的混合型,金红石型的含量在15.2%—10.6%之间,N和S掺杂可有效抑制金红石相的生成;光催化降解实验结果表明,N、S共掺光催化剂具有良好的可见光催化活性,自然光照射10h,N、S共掺催化剂(1.0%N-0.25%S-TiO)对工业废水COD的去除率高达97.2%.
N,S-codoped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by a sol-gel process.The prepared photocatalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS and UV-vis spectroscopic techniques.Rhodamine B was chosen as the model pollutant to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst.XRD results revealed that all of the as-prepared samples were anatase and rutile mixed-phase nano-TiO2.And the content of rutile was 15.2%—10.6%.Photocatalytic experiment results showed that N,S codoped nano-TiO2 exhibited high photocatalytic activity.COD removal of tobacco factory wastewater was 97.2% under sun-light irradiation for 10h.
