中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛43例被引量：7

摘要目的:观察益气活血止痛方合黛力新治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将102例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为3组,即中西医结合治疗组,中医治疗组,常规西医治疗组。分别观察3组在改善疼痛及改善带状疱疹后遗神经痛气虚血瘀证型常见伴随症状的临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组改善疼痛及临床伴随症状均优于其余2组。结论:益气活血止痛方合黛力新治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有较好的临床疗效。
