摘要
利用高校图书馆的优势,跨行业、跨系统建设异质性区域图书馆联盟,创新区域图书馆资源共建模式,应把握联盟的异质性、资源特色性、服务互动与开放性、联盟节点与枢纽功能等特点,实现同质性与异质性、资源共建与共享、资源整合与用户互动相结合,使区域图书馆联盟成为开放的知识和信息中心。
To utilize the superiorities of university libraries to build the cross-industry, trans-system heterogeneous regional library consortium and innovate the joint construction mode of the regional library resources, we should grasp the characteristics of the heterogeneity of library consortium, the characteristics of resources, the interactive and open characteristics of service, and the node and hinge characteristics of the consortium. By combining homogeneity with heterogeneity, joint construction of resources with sharing of resources, and resources integration with user interaction, the regional library consortium will make an open knowledge and information center.
