摘要
目的分析小儿静脉穿刺失败的原因,提出相应预防措施,以提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,调查儿科护士在行静脉穿刺中,发生静脉穿刺失败的原因。结果静脉穿刺失败的原因依次为:患儿因素(50.15%)、操作者因素(20.22%)、家长方面因素(18.18%)和环境因素(11.44%)。结论提高护士护理技术操作和相关知识,取得患儿及其家长的信任和配合,对提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the causes for failures in infants venipuncture for the purpose of increasing the success rate in infant venipuncture.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the causes of failures in infant venipunctur.Results The causes for failures in infant venipuncture were in order from the infants themselves（50.15%）,the manipulators in venipuncture（20.22%）,their dependents（18.18%）and surroundings（11.44%）.Conclusion Enhancement of nursing manipulative skills and knowledge and obtaining of trust from both the infants and their dependents are key for the increase of success rate in infant venipuncture.
