摘要
[目的]探讨伴有药物过敏的类风湿关节炎的发病机理及治疗注意事项。[方法]对2008年1月至2009年1月伴有确切药物过敏的在院类风湿关节炎15例病例进行回顾性分析。[结果]伴有过敏病史的类风湿关节炎多为中青年,男女比例约1:7,合并症较多,过敏药物主要是抗生素,总体病情较重。[结论]类风湿关节炎与药物过敏存在密切的联系,在类风湿关节炎治疗中要积极防治药物过敏反应。
[Objective] To explore the pathogenesis and cautions in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis combined with drug allergies. [ Methods ] 15 patients of rheumatoid arthritis combined with exact history of allergies , treated in our hosptital From January 2008 to January 2009, were retrospectively analyzed. [ Results ] The patients in the group were yong and middle aged people, the proportion of the male to female was about 1 ： 7. , and many other disease combined. Allergic was mainly antibiotics. General condition of rheumatoid arthritis is severe. [ Conclusion] Rheumatoid arthritis and allergic reaction is closely linked ,Therefore we should prevent and cure allergic reaction positively during the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
