摘要
随着全球能源危机的日益加剧和我国节能减排等相关政策的大力推行,开发研制节能型的新的建筑结构体系成为土木工程领域的重要课题。提出了一种新型保温混凝土——玻化微珠保温混凝土,该混凝土是一种既具有一般混凝土的物理力学性能,同时又具有保温性能、绿色、环保的高效益生态建筑材料。通过混凝土的正交试验,分析了相关因素对混凝土的导热系数和抗压强度的影响规律,验证了在混凝土中掺加一定数量的玻化微珠配制玻化微珠保温混凝土的可行性。
With the growing global energy crisis and the implement of the relevant policies of building energy-saving,development of efficient construction structural system becomes an significant subject in Civil Engineering field.In this paper,a new thermal-insulating concrete-thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete,which is a high-efficiency eco-environmental protection building material,is presented.Based on the orthogonal experiments of concrete,the effects of the related factors on thermal conductivity and compressive strength of concrete are analyzed.The feasibility of mixing the glazed hollow bead with concrete to compose thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is verified.
