摘要
基于Pro/E二次开发技术和VC++6.0程序设计工具,通过叉车门架工程实例,阐述以设计为中心的数字化工程技术的实施方法。在分析不同吨位不同起升高度叉车门架构造特点的基础上,结合Pro/TOOLKIT技术方式,介绍建造三维"模板"模型中,如何运用结构构造"特征"综合,有效简化绘图控制参数和关键函数的编制。并以模块化设计方法,实现叉车门架在设计修改、装配检查的演化过程中,确保零部件的几何构形、力学性能、运动关系满足性能要求。
Based on the Pro/E application development technologies and VC++6.0 programming tool,with engineering examples of the forklift mast,an engineering digital design method is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the various forklift mast structure characteristics with the different hoisting rated load and lifting height,how to combine the structure fabric "features" by Pro/TOOLKIT technology is introduced.It can effectively simplify the parameters of drawing control and the key functions can also be established.The entire system consists of the digital design modular of the fork arm,the fork arm carrier and the mast.A new global assembly model is generated automatically.
