摘要
采用RNGk-ε湍流模型封闭RANS方程,运用SIMPLE算法,对某喷水推进器进水流道的内流场进行数值模拟,揭示了该流道特征断面的速压分布规律和水力损失规律,从流道出流均匀性、空化程度、流动分离程度和流动损失四个方面提供定性和定量指标来分析流道在不同进速比(IVR)工况下的水力性能.分析结果表明,该流道应尽量工作于IVR在0.6~0.8之间工况,此时各方面性能都较好.
A numerical simulation for fluid flow in a waterjet inlet at different IVR conditions is carried out.The calculation solves Reynolds-average N-S equations,the RNG turbulent flow model and SIMPLE algorithm.The influence of IVR on inlet performance is evaluated according to outflow uniformity,cavitations,flow separation,flow energy loss and applicability to various kinds of working conditions.It reveals that this inlet should be restricted at a certain extent of IVR 0.6~0.8for good work.
