以蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)分析血管源性轻度认知障碍的神经心理学特征 被引量:23

Analysis of Neuropsychological Characteristics of Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment with Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)

摘要 目的利用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)探讨血管源性轻度认知障碍(vMCI)的神经心理学特征,为早期发现、早期诊断、早期干预vMCI提供借鉴之处,并对敏感亚项认知域进行分析,以期探讨此类疾病的发生、发展规律。方法将107例vMCI患者的神经心理学检查结果进行各认知领域的亚项分析。结果 vMCI各认知域障碍发生率的不一致、MoCA中的各认知域与总分的相关性分析表明,注意、视空间与执行能力与量表总分密切相关,同时也表明,此次调研患者认知域损害以注意、视空间与执行能力损害为主。结论 MoCA中的相关子域能够很好地筛查出vMCI;MoCA中的延迟记忆及执行能力与总分相关性较强,说明vMCI患者的执行能力与延迟记忆能力密切相关。 Objective To explore the neuropsychological characteristics of vascular mild cognitive impairment(vMCI)with Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)so as to provide the evidences for early discovery,diagnosis and intervention of vMCI,analyze the sub-domain of cognitive sensitivity and discuss the law of occurrence and development of this disease.Methods The sub-type analysis was conducted in each cognitive domain for the neuropsychological results of 107 cases of vMCI.Results The incidences were different in the impairment of each cognitive domain of vMCI.It was indicated by the relevance analysis between each cognitive domain and total score in MoCA that attention,visual space and executive capacity were relevant closely with the total score in the scale.Meanwhile,it was found that in the investigation of cognitive domain damage,the attention,visual space and executive capacity were chiefly involved.Conclusion The relevant sub-domain in MoCA can well screen vMCI.The retarded memory and executive capacity in MoCA are strongly relevant with the total score,which indicates that the executive capacity of vMCi patient is closely relevant with retarded memory.
