摘要
为了更准确的求解电子设备中的常见耦合问题,综合考虑电子设备的电路、温度场、位移场、电磁场及其耦合关系。根据现阶段求解电子设备中的弱耦合问题的有效方法,分析研究了电子设备中常见的强耦合问题,提出求解强耦合问题的两种可行性方法及其特点,并通过求解一个典型的热电耦合问题,来证实这两种方法的优缺点及可行性。
Considering the circuit performance,the temperature field,the displacement field,electromagnetic field and their coupling relationships in electric equipment is an inevitable trend with the development of the modern electronic technology.In order to solve out accurately the coupling problems in electronic equipment,the feasible methods to solve the weak-coupling problems in electronic equipment is summarized.it expounds the strong-coupling problem in electronic equipment and its two available methods.At last,it confirms the feasibility and applicability of the two methods through solving out the typical thermoelectric-coupling problem.
