摘要
教授治校的根本目的在于保障学术自由,而教授会的"多数决"的运行方式又把学术问题变成了一个普通的公众话题,在学术上自由和民主是不相容的,学术民主是一个伪命题,而现实中民主诉求压力极大,最终产生了用反自由的方式保护自由的学术悖论。这种悖论对我们认识学术问题极具价值,并需要采取措施以求得协调。
Professor-based college administration aims to guarantee academic freedom.However,the operation mode of Professoriate's Majority Decision has made academic issues become a common public topic.Academically,academic freedom and academic democracy are incompatible.Academic democracy is a false proposition,and in reality the pressure for democratic aspirations is great.Therefore,it finally generates an academic paradox by using anti-freedom to protect freedom.This paradox has great significance to understand academic issues,and it also needs coordination through taking proper measures.
