盐酸法舒地尔治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察早期使用Rho激酶抑制剂盐酸法舒地尔治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法选择缺血性脑卒中患者220例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组110例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予盐酸法舒地尔。观察两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分并评定疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组的神经功能缺损评分为(3.43±4.76),明显低于对照组的(7.12±5.25)(P<0.01);治疗组的总有效率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的77.3%(P<0.01)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者早期(48h内)应用法舒地尔可有效改善神经功能和临床疗效。
