摘要
以对叔丁基甲苯为原料,分别采用Mn2O3、MnO2氧化法,苄溴水解法,索默勒(sommelet)法和2-碘酰基苯甲酸(IBX)氧化法合成了标题化合物。主要考察了各影响因素对MnO2氧化生成对叔丁基苯甲醛产率的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺。同时探究了其他方法合成对叔丁基苯甲醛的可能性,其中以IBX氧化法获得的产率最高,可达86%。
4-tert-Butyl-benzaldehyde was synthesized from 4-tert-butyl toluene via oxidation by Mn2O3 and MnO2,benzyl halide hydrolysis,the Sommelet reaction and oxidation of IBX,respectively.The influence of various factors on formation of 4-tert-butyl-benzaldehyde by oxidation in the presence of MnO2 was predominantly studied.The optimum synthetic conditions were determined,while other methods for synthesizing 4-tert-butyl-benzaldehyde were also explored,among which the IBX oxidation method could lead to a highest product yield of 86%.
