摘要
为了得到MEA溶液吸收烟气中CO2的规律,采用流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ对不同MEA质量分数的吸收液吸收CO2过程分别进行了模拟研究。模拟结果为:随着贫液体积流量的增加,CO2吸收率逐渐增大,且随着MEA溶液的质量分数的增加,CO2的吸收率也是逐渐增大的,但增大幅度逐渐变小。当吸收液中MEA的摩尔流量不足时,吸收液体积流率对CO2吸收率的影响比较明显,随着MEA摩尔流量的增加,影响越来越小。MEA质量分数偏低时,随着吸收液温度的升高,CO2吸收率先增大后减小;当MEA质量分数较高时,CO2吸收率逐渐增大,但增大幅度有限。烟气温度对CO2吸收率影响较小。吸收率随塔板数增多逐渐增大,但增大幅度越来越小。
In the process of CO2 absorption using MEA scrubbing, CO2 absorption rate was influenced by MEA concentration of absorption solution,absorption solution volume flow rate,absorption solution temperature,flue gas temperature,number of trays and so on.In order to get the law of CO2 absorption by MEA solution,MEA absorption process of different concentrations was simulated using PRO/Ⅱflowsheeting software.The results show that with the increase of absorption solution volume flow rate,CO2 absorption rate increase gradually.And with the increase of MEA concentration of absorption solution, CO2 absorption also increased gradually,but the increasing range gradually decreased.When the molar flow of MEA in the solution was insufficient,the absorption solution volume flow rate was significant to the absorption rate of CO2.As the flowing rate increased,the impact decreased.As temperature increasesd,when mass fraction of MEA was lower,CO2 absorption rate increased at first,and then increased;when mass fraction of MEA was higher,the CO2 absorption rate increased,but the increasing range was limited.The flue gas temperature had little effect on CO2 absorption rate.Absorption rate increased with the plate number but the change value became smaller.
