银杏达莫注射液治疗气滞血瘀型血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘要 目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗血管性痴呆的疗效和作用机理。方法治疗组给予银杏达莫注射液40ml,1次/d;对照组给予长春西丁针5mg,1次/d;两组疗程均为28d。结果治疗组总有效率85.71%,明显高于对照组68.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分治疗组前后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血清β-淀粉样蛋白(β-Ap)、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)含量下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗血管性痴呆有较好的临床疗效,有明显的清除自由基,抑制脑的衰老过程,尤其对轻中度痴呆疗效显著,在提高HDS积分、改善血脂方面有较好疗效,明显尤于对照组。
