摘要
声望作为评价社会分层的三个纬度之一,对于研究社会分层和社会流动具有重要意义。军人社会声望受评价者主观因素和被评价者客观因素影响。本文沿从这个思路,从社会评价体系、军人社会功能、军人专业素质及军人个体的社会互动等四个方面分析当代中国军人社会声望的制约因素,力求为破解提升军人社会形象瓶颈和优化"社会——军队"人才流动机制提供参考和借鉴。
As one of the three dimensions to evaluate social stratification, prestige has a very important significance in researching social stratification and social floating. Social prestige of soldiers is effeeted by subjective factors of appraiser and objective factors of appraised person. According to the above train of thought, the thesis analysises the constraint factors of social prestige of contemporary Chinese soldiers from four aspects, that is the Social Evaluation System, Social Functions of Soldiers, Professional Qualities of Soidiers and Social Interaction of Soldier Individual. The aim of the thesis is to provide a reference to improve social image of soldiers and optimize the mechanism of ＂Society-Army＂ brain floating.
