摘要 用户参与市场程度的逐步提高为配电网的调度运行提供了更多、更灵活的手段。文中将负荷控制引入到配电网故障恢复问题中,建立了考虑可中断负荷参与的配电网故障恢复优化模型。可中断负荷的引入不仅有利于在系统供电容量不足时最大限度地保证重要负荷供电,而且有利于在配电网仍存在大量手动开关的现状下,降低开关操作时间,以保证重要负荷供电的快速恢复。针对该多目标多约束的优化问题,应用改进的非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解。与传统的遗传算法相比,NSGA-Ⅱ无须通过权重系数将多目标转换为单目标,因此所得到的最优解集更能够反映优化问题的本质。算例计算结果验证了所提出的模型和算法的正确性和有效性。 With the wide spread of smart meter and smart apparatus, load control has become an important tool for system operation and control. As for the service restoration problem, the controllable load can be a new consideration in achieving the optimization objectives. A new optimization model with the interruptible load taken into account is developed for the service restoration problem. The incorporation of the interruptible load is helpful to not only reducing the amount of curtailment of priority load due to inadequate capacity to restore the whole out-of-service area, but also improving the reliability of supply by decreasing the switching operation time given the availability of the numerous manual switches in the distribution system. The service restoration problem is a constrained multi-objective optimization problem that uses many algorithms to solve this so-called NP-complete problem. This paper employs the NSGAA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve the model developed. With the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, it is possible to obtain the optimum solution set of each objective while helping the operator to choose the most appropriate plan for service restoration. Application of the model proposed and the NSGAA-Ⅱ algorithm to the IEEE 69 distribution system has verified their feasibility and correctness.
