摘要
利用Mo/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,合成了六种乳酸酯,考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、带水剂用量及反应时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,在适宜的反应条件下,乳酸酯的产率在85%以上,且高碳醇的酯产率高于低碳醇的酯产率。
Using Mo/HZSM-5 Zeolite as catalyst, 6 kinds of lactates were synthesized. The effects of catalyst amount, acid/alcohol molar ratio, the amount of water carrying agent and reaction time were investigated. The results indicated that the yields of lactates were in excess of 85 %.On optimum conditions, the yields of lactates with higher alcohol esterification were higher than those of lactates with lower alcohol esterification, the yields of lactates with n-alcohol esterification were higher than those of lactates with secondary alcohol esterification.
