受电弓滑板磨耗检测中边缘连接算法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于相机和对射式光电传感器设计了一套在线检测受电弓滑板磨耗系统。介绍了系统主要设计流程图;给出了硬件设计方案;运用边缘连接算法等对受电弓磨耗图像进行了处理。实验及数据处理结果表明:系统的测量误差较小。此外,本系统成本较低,测量原理简单,安装方便,受外界环境因素影响小。 Based on correlation type electro-optical sensor and camera,an online dynamic examination system for the pantograph slipper abrasion is presented in this paper.The main design flow charts of this system are introduced.The hardware scheme of this system is given.This system utilized the edge link algorithm to deal with the picture of the pantograph slipper abrasion.The experiment and the result of the data processing show that the systemic measurement error is comparatively small.Moreover,the cost of this system is relatively low,the measuring principle is very brief and the installation is convenient,as well as it is lees affected by the factor of environments.
