摘要
伴随着每年大规模的农村劳动力跨地区转移,沿海地区和内陆地区的差距不但没有缩小,反而有继续扩大的趋势.针对此现象,在探讨产业集聚机理的基础上,应用一般均衡模型来分析劳动力跨地区转移所带来的效应.模型的仿真结果表明,若考虑劳动力跨地区转移的摩擦时,则随着劳动力跨地区转移率的提高,产业集聚效应和地区差距均可能会出现增大的趋势.
With yearly large-scale labor interregional migration, the regional disparity between the coastal area and hinterland is enlarging in China. In order to analyze this phenomenon, this paper analyzes the effect of labor interregional migration by applying a general model based on discussion of the mechanism of industry agglomeration. The results of model simulation show that, when considering the friction factors of labor interregional migration, both the industrial agglomeration effect and regional disparity would enlarge with the rate of labor interregional migration increasing.
