摘要
为了研究在电晕条件下室温硫化硅橡胶的憎水性变化,自行搭建了一套加速电晕老化实验装置来模拟实际现场的尖端电晕放电过程,并采用静态接触角法测量和评价硅橡胶材料的憎水性。试验结果表明电晕放电不同时间后硅橡胶表面的憎水性丧失是一个渐进的过程,然而短时电晕后,暂时丧失的憎水性在长时间后可基本恢复到初始值;当仅有电场作用而无电晕放电时,硅橡胶表面的憎水性基本无变化。通过试验证明了加速电晕老化试验装置的有效性。
A set of self-made accelerated corona aging equipments are used to simulate the process of point corona discharge to study the change of the hydrophobicity of RTV silicone rubber when corona occurs.The Static Contact Angle Method is used to measure and evaluate the hydrophobicity of RTV silicone rubberTest result shows that the hydrophobicity loss on the RTV silicone rubber surface is progressive.After a short period of corona effect,the temporary hydrophobicity loss can recover to its original level in a long time.When there is only electric effect without corona discharge,the hydrophobicity of RTV silicone rubber surface remains unchanged.The effectiveness of the accelerated corona aging equipment is approved by the test.
