摘要
介绍传统德士古水煤浆加压气化技术气化工艺,再结合某厂德士古气化装置的情况主要就气化炉工程设计中及原始投料前需要注意但又较容易忽略的几个重要问题及隐患进行探讨,以期气化炉能够顺利投料且更为安全稳定地运行。
TGP technique （Taxaco coal water slurry gasification technique） that is one of high -efficiency clean coal gasification technique has been widely used in chemical industry for the past several years. However, design and manufacture of feed injector that is one of the most crucial factors in TGP technique is not perfect. In this paper, some research work was introduced on TGP technique, then methods to solve some serious engineering problems of TGP technique was presented and discussed.
