摘要 员工是企业知识和技能的拥有者,是企业核心竞争力的载体,是企业价值增长的来源,对企业的经营和发展具有不可替代的重要作用。近年来,员工流失现象越来越突出,成为制约企业发展的重要因素。是什么因素影响食品企业员工的流失?这些影响因素的重要程度如何?员工流失会对企业造成怎样的影响?针对此现象,在把握相关理论的基础上,从企业人才流失影响因素入手,通过对食品加工制造企业员工取样调查及数据分析,试图说明各因素对人才流失的影响程度,进而针对各个影响因素提出解决问题的对策,以期对企业实施长期人才战略有所帮助。 Enterprise employees are the owner of knowledge and skills and the carrier of core competence and the source of growth in corporate value. They play an irreplaceable important role in operation and development of the business. Nowadays, the loss of employees becomes more and more prominent, which affects the development of enterprises. In that ease, what factors affect the loss of food employees? How important is the impaet of these factors? What influenee will be on enterprises due to the staff loss? Considering this phenomenon this paper, on the basis of relevant theories, in terms of enterprises staff loss factors, through the food processing manufacturers staff survey sampling and data analysis, attempting to describe the extent of the factors impact of brain drain and for all factors, puts forward solutions to this problem, with a view to help the implementation of the long - term business strategy for human resources.
