摘要
本文探讨了知识经济条件下期刊工作的发展方向，分析了当前高校图书馆期刊工作人员现状．提出了高校图书馆期刊工作人员继续教育、改变知识结构的措施。
This paper discusses the futrue direction of periodical work in knowledge economy era, analyses the current status of periodical workstaff in academic libraries and puts forward some measures on their continual education and the change of their knowledge structure.
