摘要
分析了四个白鹇样本,从GenBank中下载鹇属其余八个种的八条线粒体D-Loop全序列进行分析比较.结果表明鹇属D-Loop全序列1161 bp中,共有变异位点148个,简约信息位点84个.从所构建的MP和Bayes两种树可以看出,在进化上与白鹇亲缘关系最近的是黑鹇.鹇属全部种类基本分为三大支系.白鹇和黑鹇的分歧时间约为160万年,并且这两个物种的形成与台湾海峡的形成密切相关.
1 161 bp nucleotides in the mtDNA D-loop sequences were sequenced in Lophura including 4 L. nycthemera by PCR and other 8 species of Lophura from GenBank. The results indicated there are 148 variable sites and 84 parsim-info sites in 1 161 bp of D-Loop sequences. Using Phasianus colchicus and Syrmaticus mikado as outgroups, MP and Bayes trees showed the closest relationship between L. nycthemera and L. inornata in Lophura, and all Lophura species could be divided into three subgroups. The divergent time was about 1.6 Ma between L. nycthemera and L. inornata in Lophura based on the avian molecular evolution clock, the formation of these species was related to the history of the formation of Taiwan strait.
