摘要
目的观察绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物的抗病毒作用。方法 (1)离体实验:采用致细胞病变法观察绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物对流感病毒(FM1株)、呼吸道合胞病毒(Long)、副流感病毒(Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型)、腺病毒(AD3)的抑制作用,计算药物半数有效浓度(EC50)、治疗指数(TI);(2)在体实验:绵马贯众提取物按25%、12.5%、6.25%原液的浓度设高、中、低3个剂量给药,并设立正常对照组和病毒对照组,观察绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物对滴鼻感染FM1株流感病毒的昆明种小鼠肺指数的影响。结果绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物对流感病毒(FM1株)、呼吸道合胞病毒(Long)、副流感病毒(Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型)、腺病毒(AD3)均具有一定的抗病毒作用,绵马贯众水提取物对上述病毒的EC50分别为110.58、141.72、126.21、152.66、182.55 ng/L;TI分别为34.94,14.21,30.62,25.31,21.17。绵马贯众乙醇提取物对上述病毒的EC50分别为152.08、168.27、132.28、135.26、156.38 ng/L;TI分别为14.24,11.12,16.37,16.01,13.84。绵马贯众水提物高、中剂量组、乙醇提取物高剂量组降低感染FM1株的小鼠肺指数,与病毒对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.01)。结论绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物均具有一定的抗病毒作用,可减低病毒引起的肺损伤。
Objective To investigate the antiviral effects of the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma. Methods (1) The cytopathic method was used to observe the antivirat effects in vitro of the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma on influenza virus(FM1), respiratory syncyntial virus(Long), para influenza virus( I , Ill ) ,adenovirus(AD3) ~ (2)Mice were randomly divided into treated group(25 ~, 12.5 %, 6.25 ~ extract as high, middle and low dose respectively), normal control group and model group, the in vivo antiviral effects of them were studied in mice infected with influenza virus (FM1) on induced lung index. Results Both the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma had the antiviral effect on influenza virus(FM1),respiratory syneyntial virus(Long), para influenza virus(I, m),adenovirus (AD3). EC50 of the water extract was 110. 58,141.72,126.21,152.66 and 182. 55 ng/L,TI was 34. 94,14. 21, 30. 62,25.31 and 21.17. EC50 of the alcohol extract was 152.08,168.27,132.28,135, 26 and 156.38 ng/L,TI was 14. 24,11.12,16.37,16.01 and 13.84. The water extract 250 mg/L(P^0.01) 125 mg/L(P'~0.05) ,the alcohol extract 250 mg/L(P^0. 01)Significantly inhibited lung index of mice infected with influenza virus (FM1) increased the injury caused by virus. Conclusions The water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma have the antiviral effect,which can reduce the lung injury caused by virus.
