摘要
统计了《河北农业大学学报》（1989～1998年）正刊所发表论文数及论文作者的情况，符合洛特卡定律，同时统计了稿件录用周期及科学基金资助论文等数据，并进行了分析，洛特卡分布模型为p（yx）＝0．7568x-2.5589，作者中以30～40岁的人数最多，达62．75％，具有中高级职称的作者占97％以上，科学基金资助项目全文指数逐年上升最大为39％。为进一步提高办刊质量提供了佐证。
This paper,based on the data of contributbo adopting cycle and tha of the imbursed papers from science funds, states and analyas the paper numbers published in Journal of Agricultural University of Hebei and the number of their writers with the law of Roteka. The description model of Roteka is p (yx ) = 0. 756 8x-2.2589.The results showed that the writers aging 30-40 Covers 62. 7%, was the largest proportion; and that those with middle or senior ranks took up more than 97 %; and the index of the imbursed papers han scierce funds reached by 39%, sh0wing an increasing trend. are of helpful evidence to further improve the quality of Joumal of Agricultural University of Hebei.
