摘要
摩擦表面形貌反映材料的磨损状态,对材料表面摩擦形貌的分析是研究其磨损失效形式的一种重要方法。介绍国内外关于表征摩擦形貌主要方法的研究现状,分析各种方法的优点及局限性,并提出摩擦表面形貌表征方法的可能发展趋势。分形和小波变换应用于摩擦表面形貌的表征具有一定的优点,但对于摩擦过程中摩擦表面形貌与材料磨损状态的动态表征具有较大的局限性。因此,需要开发一种能及时准确地反映材料摩擦状态的摩擦表面形貌表征方法。
Friction surface topography reflects the wear status of materials,analysis on friction surface topography is an important method of research on wear failure. Research on characterization methods of friction surface topography was introduced,including measuring instruments,characterization methods. The development of characterization methods of friction surface topography was presented.Fractal and wavelet transform applied to the friction surface topography characterization has some advantages,but it has greater limitations for the dynamic characterization of material friction surface morphology and wear state. So a characterization method to timely and accurately reflect the state of the friction material should be developed.
