摘要
利用注射醋酸氢化考的松制造肾阳虚模型,研究真武汤的利尿作用。结果证实,真武汤能够调整实验大鼠的渗透压调定点,减少ADH的分泌;促进Na+、K+的排泄,使动物体内水液、电解质含量保持在正常水平,拮抗外源性糖皮质激素对动物肾上腺皮质分泌功能的抑制,促进ALd分泌,发挥正常“保钠排钾”的作用。能够通过兴奋受抑HPA轴,增加机体有效循环血容量,促进ANP分泌恢复至正常水平;明显改善HCA肾阳虚大鼠的肾功能,改善肾小球滤过膜的通透性,促使代谢产物BCr、BUN的排出。
A rat model of KidneyYang deficiency was created by injection with hydrocortisone acetate (HCA). Study the diuresis of Zhenwu Tang (ZW). Results show that, ZW can adjust the osmotic regulation point, decrease the secretion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH); and promote the excretion of K+, Na+ so to keep the normal level of the fluid and electrolyte contents. It can also antagonize the exogenetic glucocorticoid which inhibit the secretion of adrenal cortex, promote the aldosterone(ALD) secretion to keep the normal level of K+ and Na+. Further, the ZW can excite the inhibited hypothalamicpituitaryadrenocortical (HPA), increase the effective circulating blood volume and promote the secretion of atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) till normal level. Finally, ZW remarkably improved the kidney function of HCA induced KidneyYang deficiency rat model.
