摘要
目的:研究设计竹塑夹板系统装置治疗骨折外固定模式,与柳木夹板、杉树皮夹板系统治疗骨折外固定模式测试对比。方法:依据液体不可压缩原理,用被固定物模拟人体肢体周径变化等在内、外力作用下,以不做维护调整为同等条件,观察三种模式的相应变化。结果:简单捆扎治疗骨折外固定模式,不具备相适应变化的能力。结论:竹塑夹板体系材料力学性质稳定,约束力可视性量化弹性力控制束带系统结合自锁构型的治疗骨折外固定模式可对骨折端形成稳定、合理、安全的载荷环境,符合弹性固定理论准则。优化分析为中医小夹板外固定治疗骨折技术现代化发展提供新的思路。
Objective:The external fixation of treatment of fracture by using bamboo-plastic splint devices was designed and studied and the comparison was made among splints made of willow,bark of taxus and bamboo-plastic materials. Methods:According to the incompressible principle of liquid,a fixed cylinder was used to simulate the change of circumference of limb under the action of equal internal and external forces. The state changes from three types of splits made of different materials were measured by setting no-force as reference. Results:The external fixation with a simple binding had no variations with circumference of limb. Conclusion:The bamboo-plastic splint is stable in the mechanics of materials. Thus,stable,reasonable and safe load situation on fracture end can be formed by the combination of belt system with elastic control and visualized binding force and external fixed pattern with self-locked structure. This device meets the principle of elastic fixation. The study provides a practical device for the modernization of treatment of fracture with external fixation by using small splint in Chinese medicine.
