摘要
目的观察氯沙坦与卡托普利联合治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将64例CHF患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例,2组均在应用洋地黄、利尿剂、β受体阻断剂治疗的基础上,治疗组加用氯沙坦及卡托普利治疗,对照组加用卡托普利治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、心率、血压及超声心动图改变。结果治疗12周后,2组左室舒张末期容量(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容量(LVESV)、左心室射血分数(EF)、短轴缩短率(FS)、心输出量(CD)及心功能均有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦及卡托普利联合治疗CHF优于单用卡托普利。
Objective To observe the effect of losartan combined with captopril in systolic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 64 cases patients in CHF were divide into treatment group（34 cases）and control group（30 cases）.Treatment group was gave losartan and captopril,control group was gave captopril.Compared with clicine effect,HR,BP and ECG of two groups. Results After 12 weeks,LVEDV,LVESV,EF,FS,CD and heart function of two groups were significant improvement（P0.05）;And treatment group compared with contral group,the improvement was more significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of losartan combined with captopril in CHF was better than captopril.
