摘要
采用相关分析、主成分分析法对大曲质量的理化指标体系进行综合评价。从9个大曲样的7项理化指标检测结果的SPSS数据分析结果中提取出2个主成分F1、F2,F1即大曲静态指标评定因子,F2即大曲动态指标评定因子。第一主成分F1的方差贡献率为57.136%,提取第二主成分F2后,2个主成分的累积方差贡献率为82.720%。评价结果表明,将动态指标列入大曲质量标准体系,具有一定的科学性。
The methods of principal component analysis and correlation analysis were applied to evaluate the physico-chemieal index system of daqu quality. Two major factors were extracted through SPSS analysis from 7 indexes in the 9 Daqu samples, which were named as F1 static index assess- ment factor and F2 dynamic index assessment factor. The contribution rate of the first factor was 57.136%, and the total contribution rate of two factors was 82.720%. The assessment results indicated that dynamic index listing in Daqu quality standards would be scientific.
