摘要
信息化时代催生了一种新的管理方式,即数字化管理。工程项目数字化管理体系是数字化技术在工程建设管理领域的应用,为工程的建设和管理提供了新的解决方案。本文以工程建设项目全过程为对象,进行如何实现建筑施工全过程数字化管理的研究,提出数字化管理体系构建的框架模型,并以施工管理为例,进一步探讨了数字化管理体系下的业务流程设计。本研究为改变传统项目管理信息处理方式提供数字化模式和流程,为项目全生命周期的信息集成、数字化及网络化管理提供理论和方法,为实现工程建设项目的高效管理、促进项目管理方法的变革和发展提供支撑。
The information age motivates a new management method - - digital management. The system of construction engineering project is the digital technology used in construction project management, which provides a new solution for the project construction and management. Taking the overall process of engineering construction project as the main project, the paper studies on how to realize the digital management for overall process of construction, puts forward the frame model build by digital management system, and on the case of construction management, it also discusses the business process design in the digital management system. The study offers digital model and process for changing the traditional information treatment of project management ; offers theory and method for the lifeeycle information integration of the project and its digital and networking management;offers support for realizing the high efficient management of construction project and promoting the reform and development of project management method.
