摘要
研究了烧结钕铁硼磁体晶粒尺寸及取向对其性能的影响。随着晶粒尺寸的减小,矫顽力大幅度增加,剩磁微弱增强,晶粒取向磁体的剩磁明显大于未取向磁体的剩磁,而取向磁体的矫顽力小于未取向磁体的矫顽力。
The effect of she and orientation of the grain on the magnetic properties of the sinteredNdFeB magnets is studied. Experiments showed that for the sintered NdFeB magnet coercivity increases greatly and remanent magnetization increases slightly as the grain size decreases. The remanentmagnetization of the oriented magnet is larger than that of the nonorientated magnet, but the coercivityof the magnet has an opposite tendency comparing with the remanence.
