摘要
文章从煤矿井下低压电网中装设短路保护的重要性入手,描述了基于功率因数检测的相敏短路保护的工作原理。分析并讨论了其动作特性曲线的确定方法以及影响动作可靠性的各种因素,介绍了以单片机为中央控制单元所构成保护系统的硬件结构和软件框图,对保护系统进行了测试试验并将其应用于矿用隔爆型真空馈电开关。实践证明,该保护系统性能稳定,动作可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。
Beginning with the importance of installing short circuit protective system in underground LV cable distribution networks, the principle of phase sensitive short circuit protection on the basis of measuring power factor is presented in this paper, the definition methods for its action curve and all factors to interfere with action reliability is analyzed and discussed. Besides, the hardware structure and software flowchart of the protective system controlled by single chip microcomputer is also described in this paper. The protective system has been tested and applied to underground explosive proof feeder switchgear. It has been proved that this protective system is stable and reliable and is of great applied value in mining industry.
